Shipping Information – Switzerland & EU

  • Order cut-off time: 17:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Monday–Friday)
  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Transit time: 4–8 business days (Mon–Fri)
  • Shipping partners: PostNL, DHL, DPD, UPS
  • Shipping costs: Free
  • Total delivery time: Usually 5–10 days – divided into 1–2 days processing and 4–8 days shipping time.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Holidays, peak periods, or unforeseen events with the shipping provider may affect delivery time.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with your tracking number. With this number, you can track the status of your delivery here.

If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within 3 days of your order, please contact us at info@zuri-fashion.ch.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed or considered lost:

  1. First contact the shipping provider with your tracking number to get a status update.
  2. If the problem persists, please contact us at info@zuri-fashion.ch. We will help you clarify the case and, if necessary, initiate a claim.

If You Are Not Home at Delivery

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the shipping provider may:

  • Attempt a redelivery, or
  • Forward your package to a nearby pickup point or branch.

You will be informed of the status by email or SMS in any case. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us.

Uncollected Packages

If a package is returned to us as "uncollected," you will be charged the actual return shipping costs according to the shipping provider's rates.
To avoid additional fees, please pick up your package within the storage period.

Change of Delivery Address

If you want to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order or before the cut-off time at info@zuri-fashion.ch.
After this period, we cannot guarantee that the change will be processed in time.

Delivery Delays or Shipping Issues

In rare cases, delays may occur due to weather conditions, strikes, or logistical problems with the shipping providers.
We monitor such situations carefully and strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

If your order is more than 15 days delayed, please contact us so we can find a solution immediately.
