Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us within 24 hours. After this period, we reserve the right to refuse the cancellation if your order is already being processed. In this case, please wait for the order to arrive. Thank you for your understanding.

Return Window Customers in Switzerland may withdraw from their purchase and return the product without providing a reason within 30 days of receiving it.

Return Instructions

  1. Return Notification: Contact info@zurifashion.com with your order number and reason for the return to initiate a return.
  2. Return Authorization: After reviewing your request, we will provide detailed instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label.

Packaging and Shipping

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  2. Include the return authorization form and any required documents or images.
  3. Print the return label using the link provided in our email.

    Return Shipping Costs The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or does not match its description. In such cases, ZuriFashion will cover the costs.

    There are no restocking fees.

    Special Conditions for Returns and Refunds

    • Change of Mind: Return your product within 30 days, provided that it is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
    • Defective Goods: If an item is defective, contact our customer service team immediately for further instructions.
    • Damaged Goods: If the product is faulty, damaged during transit, or otherwise defective, no return shipping costs will apply. 
    • Incorrect Product: In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately and provide the following information:
      - Your order number
      - The name of the item you did not receive
      - The name of the item you received
      - A photo of the item you received
    • Product Not Received: Contact our courier service if the products do not arrive to inquire about a possible refund or replacement.
    • Cancellation After Shipment: Follow our return instructions if the order has already been shipped.

      Policy for Damaged or Defective Goods: Document and report any defects or damage within 48 hours so that the issue can be resolved promptly.

      Policy for Undamaged Goods: Return the product within 30 days, provided that it remains in its original condition.

      Time Frames

      • Returns: Notify us of and ship returns within 30 days of receipt.
      • Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5 days after inspection.

        Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer item exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the product to us and then ordering the correct product from us.

        Exceptions: Specially modified or altered garments cannot be returned unless they remain sealed.

        Shipping Method and Costs
        Customers are free to choose the shipping company they wish to use for their return. Popular options in Switzerland include:

        • Switzerland: Swiss Post, DHL, UPS
        • Estimated shipping costs to China: CHF 15–CHF 25
        • We do not charge any additional processing fees.
