Where do you deliver orders?

We currently deliver to all addresses in Switzerland and within the EU.

Currently, we only accept orders placed through our website within Switzerland and the EU.

How long does order processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday), provided they are received before 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00).

What is the delivery time?

After shipping, delivery usually takes 4–8 business days, depending on your delivery address.
The total delivery time is usually 5–10 days (1–2 days processing + 4–8 days shipping).

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days to return your order from the delivery date.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer (except for defective or incorrect products).

Are there exceptions to the return policy?

Yes, a partial refund may be granted if the product:

  • shows signs of use,
  • is no longer in its original condition, or
  • is returned damaged or incomplete (without our fault).

No, please wait until you receive a confirmation and return instructions from us.
