Shipping Costs
All orders within Switzerland are shipped free of charge. We provide complete transparency, so there are no hidden costs at checkout.
Our shipping times are generally 4–11 business days, consisting of the following two stages:
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 10:00 PM (GMT+01:00) are processed on the same day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time
After your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.

We use reliable courier services such as YunExpress, UPS, and DHL for our shipments. All shipments are insured; in the event of loss or damage during transit, please contact our customer service team. We also strive to use sustainable packaging materials to minimize our environmental footprint.
Tracking Instructions
After your purchase, you will receive an email containing tracking information, including the name of the shipping company and the tracking number. You can track your order through our website by entering your tracking number in our tracking portal. Our support team is available to assist you with any tracking-related questions.
Procedure for Missing Items
If any items are missing, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your package. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible and send a replacement item or provide a refund. You can reach us at info@zurifashion.com.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Personalized items are excluded from returns. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or does not match its description. In such cases, ZuriFashion will cover the return shipping costs. ZuriFashion does not charge any restocking fees. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the return and issued to the original payment method.
