The following terms are used in these General Terms and Conditions:

Article 3 – Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, purchases, and distance contracts between Zuri Fashion and the consumer. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.
The GTC are always accessible before concluding the contract. Upon request, they will be provided free of charge in text form. For electronic contracts, the GTC are transmitted in a storable format (e.g., PDF).
Specific conditions for individual products or services supplement these General Terms and Conditions. In case of conflict, the regulation most favorable to the customer always applies.
If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. Ambiguities are to be interpreted in accordance with the contract.
Article 4 – Offers
The offers from Zuri Fashion are non-binding and may be changed or revoked at any time. Any deadlines or special conditions are clearly indicated.
All product descriptions have been carefully prepared to provide a realistic representation of the goods. Product images are for illustration purposes only and may differ slightly in color or appearance. Such differences do not entitle to a refund or contract cancellation.
Each offer contains clear information about price, payment methods, shipping, delivery time, and any additional costs (e.g., customs duties and import VAT). Import duties and taxes must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
Article 5 – Conclusion of Contract
The contract is only concluded upon confirmation of the order and payment by the customer. For electronic orders, the company sends a confirmation by email. This confirmation must be kept as proof.
The company takes appropriate technical measures to protect personal data and payment information. Zuri Fashion reserves the right to reject orders deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.
After concluding the contract, the customer receives information about the right of withdrawal, warranty, customer service, and contact options.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw within 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without giving reasons after receiving the goods . The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send the withdrawal by email to info@zuri-fashion.ch notify . After receiving the returned item, the full purchase price will be refunded within 14 days refunded.
Article 7 – Costs in case of withdrawal
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. Zuri Fashion reserves the right to deduct the value of damaged or used goods . Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Article 8 – Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products made to customer specifications
- Personalized items
- Sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons and whose seal has been broken
- Perishable goods
- Digital downloads after download start
Article 9 – Prices
All prices are in CHF , including VAT (if applicable), but excluding customs and import duties. Price changes are reserved but do not apply to contracts already concluded.
In the case of obvious pricing errors, the company is entitled to correct them without being obliged to deliver at the incorrect price.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty
The products correspond to the information on the website. If a defect is found, it must be reported within 14 days must be reported upon receipt. Defective or faulty products will be replaced or repaired in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Excluded from the warranty are damages caused by improper handling, external influences, or changes made by the customer.
Article 11 – Delivery and execution
Zuri Fashion processes all orders with the utmost care. Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. The average delivery time is 5–10 business days , depending on stock availability and the shipping service provider.
In case of delivery delays, the customer will be notified by email. If delivery takes longer than 30 days, the customer may withdraw from the contract. The risk passes to the customer upon delivery of the goods.
Article 12 – Contract duration, termination, and renewal
Open-ended contracts: The customer can terminate ongoing contracts at any time with a notice period of up to one month.
Fixed-term contracts: These end automatically at the end of the agreed term unless otherwise agreed.
Renewal: Automatic renewal only occurs with the customer's explicit consent. In this case, the contract can be terminated at any time with one month's notice.
Article 13 – Payment
Payment is made at the time of order using the payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely and encrypted.
In case of payment default Zuri Fashion reserves the right to cancel or pause orders. Repeated non-payment may lead to the blocking of the customer account.
In case of payment default, dunning fees or default interest may be charged according to Swiss law.
Article 14 – Complaint Procedure
Complaints about products or services should be reported as soon as possible.
How to submit a complaint:
Send an email to info@zuri-fashion.ch with a clear description of the problem and your order number. Complaints will be answered within 14 days . If a longer processing time is necessary, you will be informed.
If no solution is found, the customer can contact the competent conciliation body or consumer advice center.
Article 15 – Disputes and Applicable Law
All disputes between the customer and Zuri Fashion are exclusively subject to Swiss law.
The place of jurisdiction is the company's headquarters.
For consumers within the EU, the dispute can alternatively be settled in the consumer's country of residence.
Article 16 – Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This includes name, address, email address, and payment information.
This data is used exclusively for processing orders, deliveries, and customer inquiries.
Zuri Fashion does not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent, unless required by law or necessary to fulfill a contract.
Article 17 – Errors, mistakes, and omissions
We strive to keep all information on our website accurate and up to date. However, typographical errors, pricing errors, or outdated information may occur.
Zuri Fashion reserves the right to correct such errors at any time, even after the order has been placed. In such cases, the customer will be informed before processing the order.
Article 18 – Changes to the terms
Zuri Fashion reserves the right to change or update these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version is always available on our website. Significant changes will be communicated in advance by email.
By continuing to use the website, the customer accepts the amended terms.
Article 19 – CESOP
Effective from 2024 new EU regulations on the reporting of payment information in Central Electronic Payment System (CESOP). This affects payment service providers such as Klarna and Stripe, but not Zuri Fashion direct.
These rules are intended to combat tax fraud and improve transparency in payment transactions within the EU.
