If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase at Zuri Fashion, you can return the item within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund of the purchase price. The customer bears the return shipping costs (except for defective or incorrectly delivered items).

Simple Return Instructions – 6 Steps

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new condition and returned within 30 days of receipt.

  1. Contact our customer service at info@zuri-fashion.ch with questions or to initiate a return.
  2. Confirm the return address with our service team.
  3. Carefully pack your items. You are responsible for organizing a return label and bearing the return shipping costs.
  4. Send the package via the shipping provider of your choice and keep the shipping proof.
  5. Our team will inform you once your return has been received.
  6. After receipt and inspection, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Custom or personalized products are excluded from exchange.
  • A proof of purchase or order number is required to complete the return.

Returning Items

If you need a different size or color, you can return the item. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it and in the original packaging or with the original tag.

Damaged or Defective Products

Please check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@zuri-fashion.ch.

Defective items will be replaced free of charge, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds (for approved returns)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email with the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically via the original payment method within 14 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your payment provider – refunds may take a few days to appear.
  3. If necessary, contact your bank as there may be processing times.

Exchanges

We are happy to help you exchange your item for a different size, color, or model.
Contact us for detailed instructions. Please note that you bear the return shipping costs yourself unless the item is defective.
